You may be wondering how can Rustic and Industrial design cohabitate. Chic rustic furniture tends to have a handmade feel to it and has often been distressed and given a worn look if not truly vintage. A room styled with a rustic theme will often have mismatched furniture and give off a charming country atmosphere if done right.

Industrial designed furniture tends to look more modern and contemporary, using metals and dark colors. It looks sleek and cool and can sometimes seem sterile if not styled properly. So what do you get when you combine the two? Design genius in my opinion!
