241_image Customized furniture is a rare commodity these days, especially if you're shopping online.  We've had so many customers come to us after a long and frustrating search for handcrafted wood furniture that's built to order, and customized to meet the exact dimensions of their space.  If you're looking for handcrafted wood furniture in a custom size, or with custom hardware, tabletop edging, wood selection or most any customization you can think of, we can help.

All of our furniture at Vermont Woods Studios is built to order and can be customized to your exact specifications, often at little or no extra charge.

Take, for example the Cherry Moon Chest of Drawers shown here with 5 drawers.  On our website, you can order the chest with either 3, 4, 5 or 6 drawers.  You can select natural cherry, maple or walnut wood or even a two-tone combination of woods.  You can also choose between a pure natural oil finish, or a more durable, water-resistant finish.  Not enough choices on our website?  Give us a call or email us for further customizations.  We are always happy to add or trim a few inches here or there to meet your furniture needs.  Because each piece is built to order, customization is often done at little or no charge.

modern-mission-tableTraditional mission style furniture was built with oak wood, but in recent years, black cherry has been the wood of choice.  We’ve been building mission furniture in natural cherry for many years. Customers who love the simple, elegant lines of mission furniture but want to break from the tradition of oak, find that natural cherry brings a fresh look and feel to the style.

We just completed this classic Parson’s Table in natural cherry.  What do you think?  It’s pretty versatile.  It can fit in with almost any kitchen or dining room, whether the existing decor is traditional mission-style, contemporary Danish, modern New England, urban or what have you.

The matching Parson’s Chairs shown here are a variation of the classic mission style, updated with comfortable, wide slats and a choice of scooped wooden seats or fabric seats.

We’ll have this table available on our website soon, but feel free to give us a call at Vermont Woods Studios if you just can’t wait.

Tv-bed-2 Want to watch TV in bed, but haven't got the space for a TV stand in your bedroom ?  Well this just may be the solution for you!  A Retractable Pop-up TV built into the footboard of your bed.  Perfect for the gadget guy, it includes a remote control that moves the TV up and down with the touch of a button.

Tv-bed-1 This photo is of a custom queen size bed in maple with a dark espresso stain.  It was designed for a masculine style bedroom that was highly space-challenged.  I think it would look very different in a natural maple or cherry wood.  What do you think?

Tv-bed-3 The bed is also available without the Retractable Pop-up TV, as shown here.  The headboard has a slight cant– it leans back a bit for added comfort and style.  If you like it, give us a call (888-390-5571) or email us at Vermont Woods Studios

Handcrafted, eco-friendly custom furniture is an affordable investment that you can enjoy today and pass down to your children for generations.
