Congratulations to our friends and neighbors at The Vermont Nature Conservancy on the 50th anniversary of their founding in 1960.  Since that time they have protected 183,000 acres of forests, wetlands, uplands and waterways in every county of Vermont.

We salute Director Bob Klein and the many past and present staff and volunteers who work so hard to make the organization the vibrant force for positive change that it has become so well known for.  Best of luck to all of you over the next 50 years!
