So we're always working on that and measuring our progress.
Our latest customer survey results show that 98% of our customers were very satisfied (rating us excellent or very good) with their Vermont Woods Studios experience and would purchase from us again. Industry experts are extremely impressed with these results. As far as I can tell, we are leading the industry although most companies do not publish their results so I can't be sure.
